When commenting on an issue and the box fills up the entire page (such as in small browser windows or on low resolution screens), the Add and Cancel buttons go off the bottom of the page.
Scrolling the issue doesn't help as the stalking comment box floats from the top of the page, along with the issue contents not being viewable.
