View Issue screen custom tabs show fields from all custom tabs, on page load and when Activity tabs are clicked

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • add custom fields under tabs on the Issue View screen (except fields that won't appear under tabs, such as dates) and populate the fields for an issue
      • view the issue and custom tabs show all fields under the first custom tab
      • clicking on any custom tab will show their own fields correctly, but clicking on any Activity tab will produce the bug again
      • clicking on an Activity tab apart from All and reloading the issue does not restore the display as it should as the problem occurs on page load

      Tested in Firefox 3 and IE 8
