Quick Links not showing anything in JIRA 4.0.2 for Firefox and Safari but IE 6, 7, & 8 are working fine

      In JIRA 4.0.2

      Tested with Firefox 3.5.8 and Safari 4.0.4. Please see screenshot attached (QuickLinksEmpty.jpg).

      However, when using Internet Explorer 6, 7, and 8, I am able to see the content inside Quick Links. Please see this screenshot.

      This bug only happens starting from JIRA 4.0.2 onwards as this problem does not happen in JIRA 4.0.1.
