need to be able to close a resolved issue that is assigned to someone else. easily.

      Currently to close an issue(bug) that has been resolved by a developer, I'm having to assign the issue to myself, then reopen the issue, then close the issue.

      Also, there's no way to batch close issues and would be handy to do so.
