ability to update attachments in the edit issue view (i.e. to delete)

      Currently, I'm unable to delete attachments I mistakenly add to a bug. Would like the ability to update attachments in the edit issue view (i.e. to delete). Could not find any other way to delete an attachment to a bug unless deleting the bug.
