Our developers are unable to edit their work log from the previous months. They have the "Edit Own Worklogs" permissions and they can change worklogs from the current month. When they try to change a worklog (in the "Work Log" tab on an issue with the "edit" button) from the previous month they get the following message.

ACCESS DENIED

It seems that you have tried to perform an operation which you are not permitted to perform.
-----------

The project lead can change the worklog from the previous months...
