Show dashboard description, not dashboard name in the tab tip

      Currently tip shows the same name I can see in the tab.
      Makes no sense, see screenshot-1.

      BTW, Menu command tip shows dashboard name + description, see screenshot-2.
      IMHO, dashboard name is not needed, just description.
