I think it would be useful if, when there is no filter selected, either manually, or stored in the session, and a user clicks on the 'Find Issues' link, if the page would display the same contents as clicking the 'Filter: All' link.
I know that I've clicked on 'find issues' many times, only to have my filter selection cleared, and then either have to click on 'Filter: All', or the 'Filters' quick link to select a filter. It would be a time saver it the list filters showed up by default if there was no filter selected.

I'm leaning towards this though (if you have more than one filter saved anyhow) - we should promote people saving filters more.
Thoughts anyone?
