Activity stream in Norwegian fails to load javascript resources

When changing the user preferences to use Norwegian language, and trying to access an activity stream, the gadget fails to load with the following error message:

The resource http://localhost:8081/s/471/1/2/_/download/resources/com.atlassian.streams.streams-jira-plugin:date-no-NO/date-no-NO.js, cannot be found.

The problem can also be replicated by changing the general configuration language to Norwegian, if the user has not updated his language settings.

This error is not reproducible in Jira 4.0, only 4.0.1
