If legacy portlet can't be found, legacy portlet bridge displays useless 404 error

      If an invalid portletkey is specified (or the plugin for the legacy portlet is not installed) the dashboard displays this error in the gadget:

      Error loading gadget: org.apache.shindig.gadgets.GadgetException: Unable to retrieve gadget xml. HTTP error 404

      This doesn't help the user in any way. We should make the LegacyPortletResource return a gadget-spec with a nice error message in it also telling the user which portletkey seems to be invalid.
