v2 plugins cannot refer to built-in custom field searchers in their plugin descriptors

      See attached log file. The errors were generated when I try to add a custom field provided by the Charting Plugin.

      Can be reproduced with 1.5-beta7 of the Charting Plugin and JIRA 4.0.0-Beta4.
