When the work log is created, an option list is presented where I can specify who should be able to see the work log.

Unfortuntaly this down not seems to be working, other users(issue creator) can see the work log and the issue creator is getting an email even if he/she is not the me,ber of the given group.

I think that that that only the project administrator should be able to set the conntent of this option list. Individual developers shall not be able to set who is seeing thei job log.

If a user is not a member of the allowed group, he/she shall not get notifications and shall not be able to see the job log, even he/she is the createor of the issue.

(Also, in the change history the timespent values are visible for other users.)

Unfortunately this makes us the job log function unusable.
