From your home page, click on a project name to browse the project.

Under the Components column, it only displays the components which have open issues.

I know this is by design, but it confused me at first. Someone else just complained to me that the component he had entered did not register because it didn't show up in this list.

It might be more intuitive to display all components, with the number 0 next to any that do not have open issues.
