When you resolve and close an issue the person performing the task is assigned this issue. This way I lose the ability to quickly determine how many tasks have been closed for a particular individual. The people closing the tasks are NOT the people I had originally assigned to them. This did not happen on the V1.nn releases

This has been reverted to the old behaviour in 2.1.
