NullPointerException when stopping JIRA

    Description

      The problem occurs when setup is the same as described in JRA-16154

      When stopping JIRA, I can see:

      Exception in thread "Thread-1" java.lang.NullPointerException
        at com.atlassian.jira.ext.fisheye.rest.fisheye.FishEyeRestApiManagerImpl$1.run(FishEyeRestApiManagerImpl.java:45)
        at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:619)

      in catalina.out log
