Pop up tip when hovering mouse over Project link shows project description with HTML tags.
Either render HTML code before showing it in tip or remove tip completely for this link.

This issue relates to JIRA Charting Plug-in and I have created a bug for it at http://developer.atlassian.com/jira/browse/JCHART-224. Please add your future comments there.

I think it would also help if you could mention there which version of plug-in you are running.
