Customer wants to delete a user, but gets the message that the user can't be deleted because he has created several issues. The user clicks on the link that normally displays a list of all the issues this user has created but the query does not find any issues.

The reason is that the user has created issues in projects for which the administrator does not have view permissions, for example when project roles are used and the administrator is not a member.

The "Delete user" dialog should not only display the number of issues this user has created, it should also create a list of affected projects. This way the administrator could modify his permissions accordingly.

At the very least the dialog should display a note saying that the issue list may not show all issues because the administrator does not have suitable permissions.
