Add Comments on an issue should also Add the Comments to the Linked Issue

      Our JIRA version is 3.12.
      I worked on the Clone and Move Plugin and it worked good.
      The feature that Iam loking for is
      After I link an issue, When I add a comment on either of the Linked issues, the added Comments should reflect in both the Parent and the Child Issue.
      (Or an additional tab to be placed next to Change History as Linked Comments and display all the Available Comments from the Linked Issue)
      Has anyone worked on something similar to this?
