We have around ten projects in Jira now (it's taking off!) so it's very important that the separate groups can update their dashboard to show only the project(s) they are interested in. What we're getting is that the Singel Project portlet's drop-down list contains all the wrong projects, so many users cannot select the project they want.

The permissioning is on a project by project basis, so for projects a, b and c we have groups of a-users, a-developers, b-users, b-developers, c-users, c-developers. Project a is browseable by a-users and a-developers and so on. However, when an a-user wants to configure his dashboard, he erroneously sees projects b and c in the single project portlet.

Other than that the new dashboard is very cool indeed.
