Store the details of the last issue created in the users session, and then a javascript button to prefill the form details on the create issue form. This relates to a similar issue already raised.

Need to decide which is most relevant, or have different options to copy or create linked.

This is being addressed through "Clone Issue" - basic functionality added for 2.7, which allows issues to be cloned within the same project. The issues are linked with a link name specified in properties file.
