When you configure JIRA for the first time and you create the first admin user, JIRA should automatically log the user in, rather than forcing him/her to do it manually. The same behaviour is for a public sign up.

What is the point to ask the user to log in manually, if it can be done automatically? The guy still seats at the same PC and he plans/intends to use JIRA.
