When Adding a POP mail server, the user should be allowed to use a JNDI session, just like with SMTP configuration.
I'm running JIRA to support our development effort. I don't have control over a real mail server so I've had to install JAMES on our development server using custom ports. The custom ports for SMTP and POP are specified in the setup of the mail session. However, the POP service does not use the mail session.
