If you allow anyone to comment on issues, the text email that is sent to notified users does not render correctly:

Expected:

Anonymous commented on HSP-10:

Actual:

Test comment from anonymous user

In the HTML version of the same email, the author of the comment is labeled as "Unassigned" instead of "Anonymous". Should this also be changed?

Yes, it should be changed.

When doing thee changes, please ensure that we do not change code that is reused and simply itroduce a separate problem.
