charting plugin ignores text query term

With the charting plugin turned on, do a search that filters for a specific project, component, and test query term. Then click 'Charts'. The number of issues graphed will be the number of issues returned in the filter if you remove the text query term. The text query term seems to be ignored by the charting plugin.
