BiDi (bidirectional) issues: items in an enumeration list should stay separated regardless of their BiDi content

Hi!

At the url you will find:

לערי ריינהארט - 10 December 2007 04:48:23
and
לערי ריינהארט - 10 December 2007 04:18:12

As you can see the user name, the separation mark and the timestamp are not separated properly.

the username is
לערי ריינהארט
the separation mark is
-
the timestamps are
10 December 2007 04:48:23
and
10 December 2007 04:18:12

I managed to reproduce the problem in JIRA version 3.12. Step to reproduce this bug:

• Change the full name to Bi-directional text, sample לערי ריינהארט
• Comment on the issue and it will display separation in between the full name and time stamp.
