To see User's Profile, first, I have to open issue, then click User - Reporter, Assignee, Participants.
When I want to see Resolved or Closed User, it takes me more clicks - Click Change History tab, browse through it, click User.
I think all "User" fields must be clickable.

With issue JRA-11990 implemented together, it would make our customer support tasks much easier.

Gents,
Is it possible to schedule this issue?
We are working with our clients in Africa with very slow Internet, so each screen takes a while.

This was actually already implemented for JIRA 4.0. See JRA-14552.

Anton,
When is JIRA 4.0 expected with this feature implemented?
BTW, I can see there is no JIRA 4.0 in your plans. Why?

Anton Mazkovoi [Atlassian] added a comment - 07/Jul/08 12:09 AM
JIRA 4.0 has been renamed to JIRA 3.13. This is just a naming change, and all the features that we planned to release in 4.0 will be shipped in 3.13.

We are currently planning the release after JIRA 3.13 which will most likely be called 4.0. We are in very early stages of planning that release, and therefore I am not sure what enhancements will go into it.

The current estimate for JIRA 3.13 is late August or early September.

Cheers,
Anton
