JRA-11990 Permissions on viewing of User Properties which can be add as default fields into Add User form in Jira 3.7

|
To see User's Profile, first, I have to open issue, then click User - Reporter, Assignee, Participants.
When I want to see Resolved or Closed User, it takes me more clicks - Click Change History tab, browse through it, click User.
I think all "User" fields must be clickable.
With issue JRA-11990 implemented together, it would make our customer support tasks much easier.
