Document that users importing from other systems such as via CSV should backup their data first

The first step in the guides for any user running an importer such as the CSV importer at http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/v3.11/csv_import.html should be to create a backup. Otherwise, they may lose data, for example by unintentionally overwriting existing issues.
