We are trying to use a web service to perform our new project creation. While doing the creation we need the capability of setting the Issue Type Scheme, Workflow Scheme, Issue Type Screen Scheme, etc which is not currently available. Is there any way to have these added to the SOAP or have the ability to define the schemes to be used during new project creation?

Thanks for the suggestion Joe.
We are currently working with the Mylyn guys to extend our SOAP interface but I do not believe this is part of the work. While I can see it is useful, resources are limited.
If this is needed urgently, you may be best off extending our SOAP interface as I can't see us implementing this soon.
