broken link on the 'Trackback Settings' screen

The 'Perl Manual' link on the 'Trackback Settings' page (see screenshot) is broken.

The link currently points here: http://www.perldoc.com/perl5.8.0/pod/perlre.html ('Server not found')

Maybe it should point here instead? http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/docs/api/java/util/regex/Pattern.html#sum
