Delete project role does not allow you to specify a swap role like the delete group does

      When you delete a project role any comments/worklogs that have that visibility restriction will no longer be seen. The delete group page allows you to specify a "swap group" which will change all the visibility restrictions to the new group. The project role delete needs this functionality.
