• Step 1 should explain what data is included in an XML backup
• "Alter your JIRA instance to use the new database, following the database-specific steps described in the previous section." should be rephrased and linked to http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/v3.11/databases/index.html
• Step 3 should explain why the 'setup page' is shown and to use the original paths when requests
• Add detail on stopping and starting the server eg live users
• Review to see if theres anything else missing
