The EmoticonRendererComponent uses the incorrect IconManager

The EmoticonRendererComponent in JIRA currently uses the DefaultIconManager from atlassian-renderer. It should be using the JiraIconManager. The outcome of this is that wiki fields do not show the UserProfile icon nor the down arrow next to attachment links.
