Hide Log Work operation and Work Log tab if Time Tracking Field is hidden in Field Config

      At the moment, we hide most of the time tracking functionality if the Time Tracking field is hidden in the Field Configuration. Though we still display the Log Work operation and the Work Log tab.
      We should not display these.
      Will make for a cleaner interface.
