The SOAP interface is very incomplete. Can you please add some more methods. All basic Functions would be a great asset:

e.g.:

getAllGroups http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-8970
getAllUsers http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-12951
getGroupsForUser

renaming group http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-1391
renaming user http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-1549
...

And if you could somehow synchronize methods to confluence that would even be perfect. (like addusertogroup, in confluence its remoteuser, group and in jira its group, user).

Would also like to see the ability to update an existing user object (change password, etc.)
