An option to vote "no" against fixes would be greatly appreciated. JIRA is being used in quasi-democratic environments (such as SecondLife), and the lack of such a vote prevents actual opinions from being addressed. Comments negative to issues are often not enough. Thank you for your consideration.

"No" option for voting.
It is hard to do housekeeping, when you can not see all the "no votes".
