If I have create a Two Dimensional Filter Statistics portlet and show a custom user field as the Y-axis, the actual values are hyperlinked but the 'None' isn't. See screenshot for details.

At the moment it is not possible to search for empty custom field values and therefore that functionality would need to be implemented before this feature. Please vote for JRA-7909.

Cheers,
Anton

Hi Anton,

Actually, it IS possible to search for a blank USER custom field with a "User and Group Picker" (just select "Specify User" and leave the area blank). So JRA-7909 isn't a blocker - although it would be nice so I have voted for it

Regards,
David

My bad - just tried it again and it didn't work.
