Allow to customise release notes to allow resolved issues with only certain resolutions

      Shouldn't Release Notes be separated as Resolved (Fixed) / Known Issues?

      When using the release notes function I notice I get a list of everything under that version. I get open / closed / fixed / obsolete / etc.
