Browse Project visual selection status is lost when selecting project tab panels

      1. click browse project
      2. note the current selection of Browse Project - as it should be.
      3. if you see all projects, choose a project - if you see a single project do nothing
      4. click the Road Map Project Tab Panel (or Open Issues if Road Map is already selected)
      5. note the lack of selection of Browse Project along the top page navigation.
