Jelly tag takes new value 'projectrole' for 'type' attribute. New attribute 'projectrole' (id of the project role) is then required.

For existing tags, the attribute is actually called 'projectroleid' (not 'projectrole')

e.g. http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/latest/jelly.html#AddActorsToDefaultProjectRole

Jelly tag expects type='projectrole' and projectroleid="the id"
