Add positive int as a data type (numeric just isn't cutting it in some cases).
Also, would be nice if you could set the max. value allowed, so it could be set to something smaller than the default 100,000,000,000,000.

Hi Amanda,

If this is a big priority for your team, may I suggest creating your own Custom Field Type. JIRA has been designed to be as extensible and flexible as possible, and a significant developer network exists if you need a hand.
