I would prefer that the Event Types be sorted by "System" and "Custom". I have several different events and some "Custom" event types are mixed in with the "System" types. People end up creating similar named event types because they failed to look carefully. Something like:

So people just scroll to the last System and start from there and miss the 2 Customs in between.
