Dashboard Configuration errors

Couple of things...

In the configuration screen I saw "User Issues" on both the left and right side. I moved the one on the left over to the right and then the list on the right showed "User Issues" twice. When I moved (or was it delete, crap, I forgot) one of them back, I got:
