Installer should check to see if another un/installer is running

      The only way I can break the installer is to have multiple installers/uninstallers running at the same time.

      On start up they should check to see if another one is running (maybe by a registry key) and if so prompt them:

      Another installer may be running! Please ensure you have closed all other un/installers before continuing
