DWIM date inputs

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Where users need to enter a date in JIRA (e.g. the 'Add version' screen), JIRA should 'do-what-I-mean', rather than strictly enforcing a date format for the input.

      If I enter 24-Jan-07, it should work just as well as 24/Jan/07. C'mon, this isn't the 1950s.

      See attached screenshot for the (infuriating) error.
