CSV import wizard implictly ignores field mappings in the configuration file if they are not from the CSV header

    Description

      If you have a CSV configuration file that contains field mappings where the fields do not correspond to the CSV header column name then it is implictly ignored in the field mapping step of the CSV importer.

      The import wizard should display a list of the mappings that will be ignored.
