We currently have our Jira (and Confluence) servers behind an in-house SSO solution (we have done the integration ourselves using a filter).

This is great for browser access - but poses a number of problems for remote-api/trackback/rss access because they dont know how to negotiate the SSO.

What we would like to do is bypass SSO for all non-browser access. Problem is that things like trackbacks & SOAP api all use the global Server URL configuration.

Is there any chance we can specify 2 server URL's? One to be used in email (I think that is the only browser related one?) and one to be used for SOAP API, trackbacks, etc.

Prime importance at the moment is the SOAP api. The WSDL endpoint currently specifies the SSO-protected URL - so SOAP api is unusable for us.
Is there a quick workaround for the WSDL endpiont URL problem?
