When you delete a version that contains no issues, you get the attached confirmation warning: "Confirm that you want to delete this version, and specify what is to be done with the issues currently matching this version" with the options to "Delete" and "Cancel"

If you don't know that there are no matching issues, the form looks like you're being asked to delete the issues along with the version.

Added a different message for when there are no issues related to that version.
