Add ability in JIRA to perform bulk edit operations on (i) all or (ii) some of the sub-tasks under a parent item (see "Description" for more details)

eg lets assume a particular parent item has 16 subtasks.
Would be great if you could select some of these subtasks or all of these sub-tasks and then perform bulk operations against the selection.
Examples of a bulk operation would include: assigning a Component across 7 out of teh 16 subtasks, etc, etc, etc
