Provide ability to rename 1 or several users at a time in all JIRA locations. For example, people get married or their email addresses change a lot or slightly. I would also wonder if the datamodel could use an integer pointer instead of hardwired usernames in the several many places that user name (userids) appear within the JIRA tables.
