I am not sure this is a feature or a bug.
I have a project with multiple components. Some issues belong to more than one component.
If I filter on component x and component y I want the issues having x AND y, instead I get all issues having x OR y.
And I am not able to use the search expression.

Unfortunately this is how it works at the moment. We are planning on rewriting the Issue navigator soon and hope to include things like this.

Thanks for the info.

I solved it, for the time being, with a direct SQL query. It's a pity that 'normal' users can not 'get' these issues.
Is there already a version planned with the new Issue Navigator (just curious)?

At the moment I am not able to provide a date of implementation of this feature.

I expect to get AND result as well, when searching by a custom field with multiple components.
Would be even better if a user can specify AND/OR.

Voted for this improvement. Hope this will be implemented soon.
